1.2 Cancellation by SPI Projects Private Limited
- We reserve the right to cancel a booking or project due to unforeseen circumstances such as regulatory issues, natural calamities, or project feasibility.
- In such cases, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund (if applicable) will be processed.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only as per the terms mentioned in the service/project agreement.
- Advance payments or deposits may not be refundable unless explicitly stated in the agreement.
- Refunds for incomplete or cancelled services will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
2.2 Non-Refundable Cases
- Payments made for administrative fees, processing charges, or non-compliance with cancellation terms are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be processed if the cancellation is requested after the project/service is completed.
2.3 Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing with valid reasons and proof of payment.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days via the original mode of payment.
3. Changes to Bookings or Services
- Customers requesting changes to their bookings must do so in writing.
- Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes related to cancellations or refunds, customers may escalate the matter to our support team. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably and fairly.
